California

California licensed attorneys participate in a joint advertising program. A list of joint advertising attorneys may be found at https://www.1800thelaw2.com/sponsors/ under the California heading. Making a false or fraudulent worker’s compensation claim is a felony subject to up to five years in prison or a fine of $150,000 or double the value of the fraud, whichever is greater or by both.

Georgia

In Georgia, Accident Feed is a lawyer referral service. In order to participate in Accident Feed’s Georgia service, attorneys are required to be in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, not be subject to any disciplinary action by the State Bar of Georgia, must be a practicing attorney in good standing for at least 24 months, and represent that he/she/they is experienced and knowledgeable in the areas of law that apply. Florida

In Florida, Accident Feed is a qualified provider, not a law firm. Any person who knowingly files a false or fraudulent claim for payment of a loss will incur a crime and may be subject to fines and jail time in state prison. You are not responsible for your own costs except as a reduction of any recovery. Not all attorneys practice in all jurisdictions or practice areas. Accident Feed is a brand of Walker Advertising, LLC, a qualified provider registered in Florida.
